As owner and manager of an interpreting equipment company, I have come to know Interpreter Prof. Mahmoud Kamel. He proved to be efficient, cooperative and punctual. He always contacts with organizers before and during events in order to get relevant data and prepares himself with it. He is 100 per cent able to manage stress. In case the event continues after set schedule, he keeps interpreting without complaining or stopping. Simultaneous interpreting is a job where interpreters work under pressure. He can keep working even if there is a technical issue. Dr. Mahmoud collaborates in a very friendly manner with technicians, event organizers, equipment company owners and every one he meets with a very big smile on his face whatever circumstances may be.   Dr. Mahmoud Kamel is known in the Egyptian simultaneous interpreting market as a team leader. He manages a group of interpreters of all languages, including rare languages, whom he heads, manages and sends to even events he is not involved in. His group includes about 40 interpreters, which means he has the ability to collaborate with a big number of people. Dr. Mahmoud has never missed a deadline or apologized for an event he agreed to take. Dr. Mahmoud is an excellent receiver of messages I send him before and during events. At the same time he sends positive messages to his colleague interpreters, technicians and organizers while he is in the booth. Dr. Mahmoud is a team player and motivator. He never refused to work with a specific colleague. He never asked to work alone. He is an excellent interpreter. Area of improvement for Prof. Mahmoud is to acquire one more language to interpret from and into. One advice I give to Prof. Mahmoud Kamel is.. Take one more language. English is not enough.
